Refund and Returns Policy for Online Guides

Sleep Well by Mel (Fully Well by Mel) courses and guides are thoughtfully designed to equip you with valuable baby sleep tools for the well-being of your family. If, for any reason, you find that my guide is not the right fit for your family, I am pleased to offer a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

To request a refund, kindly reach out to me at hello@fullywellbymel.com within the 14-day window. For your convenience, please use your email account (the same one you used to make purchase) to contact me directly, retaining a record of your refund request. Refund requests submitted via social platforms, including Instagram, will not be processed, so ensure your request is emailed to hello@fullywellbymel.com.

After the initial 14 days, all purchases become non-refundable, regardless of whether you accessed or completed your course/guide.

Please note that all phone consults and support packages are non-refundable.

Gift cards, once purchased, are non-refundable. In the event of a duplicate purchase, kindly contact me at hello@fullywellbymel.com to apply the value of the gift card toward alternative resources.

Refund and Returns Policy for The Gentle Sleep System

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We’re here to support you to success! If you enrol in our Gentle Sleep System Course and don’t see any improvement in your little one’s sleep after completing the course, implementing the strategies and utilising our support, we will give you your money back! In order to qualify for a refund, the following requirements must be met and sent to hello@fullywellbymel.com.

  • Proof that all course content has been utilized or consumed, including, but not limited to watching all course modules for guidance.
  • Proof that support was utilised via the online community.
  • Proof and acknowledgment that all recommendations provided by the coaches have been implemented for at least 5 consecutive days.
  • Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?

VIP Experience Refunds

Due to the highly personalised nature of the VIP experience and the time taken by our coaches, you may not receive the full refund. You will only be eligible for a full refund if you did not make use of any of the private or group coaching or sleep log audits and can produce evidence of this.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the request must be sent within 30 days of purchase, from the email address of purchase. Requests sent via social media, to or from another email address, outside of the 30-day window, or without additional documentation sent as requested by our team within 72 hours will not be processed. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment for the program regardless if you complete the program. Phone consults are non-refundable, including any no-shows. If you purchase a phone consult and do not answer, you will need to book and pay for a new call if you’d like one.
