It is my mission to help Mamas make healthy living easy and fun. I know all to well what it's like to go through each day in survival mode. With dwindling health, poor energy levels and a sleep deprived brain. I want to help you to enjoy motherhood, feel confident in your decisions and thrive on all levels!
When I’m not consulting with clients or working on content, I am kept really busy as a mom to two beautiful boys. Our little family of four live on a small farm in the Natal Midlands.
